Q: How do I change my personal information?
A: Please send an e-mail to info@handsontokyo.org with your old information and your new information. We will update your information by the end of the next business day.

Q: How can I find out my ID and/or password?
A: Your ID and password will be included in every automatic e-mail you receive. If you cannot find any e-mail from us, please send an e-mail to info@handsontokyo.org with your request. We will e-mail your ID and password by the end of the next business day.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail?
A: If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within several hours after registering as a volunteer or after signing up for an event, please check your SPAM box first. If it is not in your SPAM box, please e-mail  info@handsontokyo.org with your concern. We will reply by the end of the next business day.

Q: What should I do if I need to cancel 24 hours before the project?
A: If you need to cancel your participation 24 hours before the project, the "Cancel" button will not appear on the website so please call the Site Captain. Site Captain's information is listed on the Infomation Sheet which is automatically sent out to you when you signed-up for the project.
