Q: What should I do if I don't receive any attached files (the Information Sheet) with the e-mail?
A:If you use "Mail.app" with your iPhone or iPad, you will sometimes not get attached files from our automatic confirmation e-mail. Please use another e-mail address, which allows for attached files to be accessible. A PC or web mail with your web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) on your iPhone or iPad will also work.
Sometimes the security setting of your e-mail application will block attached files from our automatic confirmation e-mail. In that case please ask for assistance from your email provider.

Q: What should I do if I need to cancel within 24 hours of the project starting time?
A: If you need to cancel your participation within 24 hours of the project starting time, the "Cancel" button will not appear on the website, so please call the Volunteer Leader. The Volunteer Leader's information is listed on the Information Sheet, which is automatically sent out to you when you signed-up for the project.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail?
A: If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within several hours after registering as a volunteer or after signing up for an event, please check your SPAM box first. If it is not in your SPAM box, please e-mail  info@handsontokyo.org with your concern. We will reply by the end of the 2-3 business day.

Q: How do I change my personal information?
A: Please send an e-mail to info@handsontokyo.org with your old information and your new information. We will update your information by the end of the 2-3 business day.

Q: How can I find out my ID and/or password?
A: Your ID and password will be included in every automatic e-mail you receive. If you cannot find any e-mail from us, please send an e-mail to info@handsontokyo.org with your request. We will e-mail your ID and password by the end of the 2-3 business day.
