Blind Jogging (2)

We will be assisting visually challenged runners and walkers in Yoyogi Park. For a visually challenged individual, it is the most liberating experience to be able to run. This is made possible through the aide of running guides. In this program, volunteers will be guides for visually challenged runners and walkers.

*In order to arrive on time, please confirm the meeting location in advance.

Meeting Location: JR Harajuku station, Omotesando exit

Venue: Yoyogi Park

What to bring: Water, towel, running clothes and shoes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to run and walk for at least 1 hour (4-5 km)
- Basic Japanese (left, right, stop, let's take a break etc.)
*Volunteers must be at least 15 years old.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- After signing up for this activity, please send us the following information to info@handsontokyo.org:
- Your preference to run or walk
- For runners: your average distance and speed

*An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail you gave us when you registered as a volunteer. Please refer to the attached document.

If you need to cancel your participation at this time, please cancel your participation through our website. (Sign in, go to “Calendar”, click on the date of the activity, and click “Cancel”)
