LIVES TOKYO 2019: Canopy Square - Shift 2

We will have the LIVES TOKYO 2019 event on Monday, September 16th at Tokyo Midtown. Volunteers will help out with running the event at Canopy Square area. Your family and friends are welcome to participate in the event. Please ask them to join and let’s pump up the event together!! We welcome you also to see all the activities when you are not volunteering. It should be a great day for you!!

Venue: [ Tokyo Midtown ] 9-7-1, Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 107-0052

Meeting Place: Tokyo Midtown B1F, Reception Hall A

Please register at the reception before the meeting time and receive a T-shirt (each person will receive only one T-shirt). You will be divided into groups. Please follow the instruction of your group leader.

Clothes:
* Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
* LIVES T-shirt will be prepared. Please make sure you wear the event T-shirt.
* Bring hats, caps, or insect repellent, if needed.

Event Guidelines: Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Basic conversational Japanese skills are desirable.

*An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail you gave us when you registered as a volunteer. Please refer to the attached document.
