Information Regarding the “WAITING LIST”
When a project is already full, it will be marked “FULL” in the upper left corner. However, you may still sign up to join the waiting list.
What does “WAITING LIST” mean?
Being on the waitlist means your participation is not yet confirmed. You are not officially registered for the activity.
If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, we may contact you to offer the open spot. Please do not come to the activity venue unless you receive a confirmation email.
How to Apply for the “WAITING LIST”
1) If you would like to join the waitlist, please click “WAITING LIST” in the bottom right corner of the sign-up page.
2) Once your waitlist request is completed, it will be marked as “DONE.” You will also receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
3) If a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification email. You can also check your status on your My Page.
